The Yoga Rebel Method: LIFT
LIFT is a 12 week programme which combines mobility-focused strength training with yoga and stretching classes.
There are currently 5 editions of LIFT for you to explore! Each programme is stand alone so, for example, you do not need to have taken LIFT 1.0 to take LIFT 2.0. Each edition has the same structure but different workouts and classes to keep you motivated, inspired and trying new things!
For shorter workouts (30-40 mins) - choose LIFT 5.0!

Mobility Classes
Mobility classes help to improve your overall range of motion, flexibility and balance.
This kind of class differs from yoga in that these are not 'choreographed' flow classes, there is less focus on syncing movement with breath and you won't find any traditional yoga postures or features (e.g. arm balances, savasana, meditation). These classes purely focus on moving the body with control through a full range of motion.

Yoga Flow Classes
Combining movement with breath, flow classes link postures together in a creative and fluid style, allowing you to move around the mat in interesting ways, building strength, developing flexibility and learning new skills along the way.
My teaching style would never be considered 'traditional' but these classes are more of a traditional yoga style than a mobility class here in the Studio. You can expect breath work, traditional (and less traditional!) yoga postures woven into the class and savasanas to end.

Yoga Strong
Add extra strength to your yoga practice through the use of dumbbells, resistance bands or other small equipment that you would find at home.
Traditionally, a yoga practice has many gaping holes in what it can provide to us physically and is not a very balanced approach to full-body fitness. Yoga Strong classes aim to rebalance the scales, allowing you to enjoy the fluid, creative transitions and postures of yoga, whilst using equipment to fill in those holes!
Gentle Classes
Slow. Stretchy. Chill. Take these kind of classes when you're looking for something low intensity that will help you relax and calm your nervous system.

The Yoga Rebel Method: SCULPT
The Sculpt programmes are the ideal way to practice The Yoga Rebel Method in only 30 minutes each day.
These programmes include both yoga and strength classes in a follow-along-with-me format. The style of strength training you'll find here is circuit training which involves minimal rest, which means these programmes are also ideal for those looking to improve their cardiovascular fitness alongside their flexibility and strength goals.
Strength Classes
Strength classes are designed to build both strength endurance, strength intensity and power.
Most of these classes will use the addition of equipment such as dumbbells or resistance bands and aim to build both concentric and eccentric strength (the moving into and out of a position!) This is different to the strength you build in a yoga class where most of the strength is isometric and endurance (holding still for a period of time).

If you want to up-scale your understanding and knowledge of various movement-related topics, this is the place for you!
These are deep-dive, long videos which aim to help you understand the HOW and WHY behind many movement patterns, yoga poses or mobility skills. Everyone can benefit from the information shared in these workshops, but they are especially useful for those who also teach others a movement-based practice.
