LIFT 5.0

A 12 week programme which combines mobility-focused strength training alongside yoga and stretching classes, to give you full body strength and flexibility.


There are 3 strength workouts and 2 yoga/stretching classes per week, which range from 10-40 minutes long.


This programme is primarily designed for training at home where very little equipment is needed- however you will find options given for if you have access to a gym/more equipment!
