Unleashing Inner Strength and Flexibility: 10-Day Challenge

This challenge is designed to help you unlock your inner potential and cultivate both physical and mental well-being. Over the course of the ten days, we’ll embark on a journey that progressively builds strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

Meet Laura

Laura is an amazingly creative yoga teacher who is passionate about sharing her love of yoga with others! Her love for yoga began from the very first time she stepped onto a yoga mat with how it made her feel calm, energised, and excited! Since then, she has dedicated herself to the practice, completing both her 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training with endless hours of teaching under her belt.


Laura's goal is to help her students build awareness and strength in both their mind and body. Her classes are designed to be creative, authentic, and lighthearted, with a focus on building physical strength, openness, and freedom in the body and mind. You'll love her interesting transitions, inspiring words and her calming, positive energy!

Here we begin on a journey to unleash your inner strength and flexibility! We’re starting off with a foundation-building session focusing on setting our intentions moving, breathing & turning into ourselves to prepare you for the rest of the challenge.

In this flowing sequence, expect heart, shoulder and front body opening poses to leave you feeling empowered and open.

Unleash Your Hips and Hamstrings! Mandala Flow

Release tension and create a sense of flow and openness in your hips and hamstrings with this targeted practice. This session will be in a mandala style flow where we move 360 degrees around the yoga mat!

Explore the dance between effort and ease in this balancing flow class. We'll work on cultivating stability in challenging postures while also finding relaxation and softness within the effort. Expect a practice that promotes focus, peace and a deeper understanding of your body's potential.

Improve your spinal flexibility and release tension with this targeted vinyasa sequence. Expect poses and movements that work the spine and side body leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Sculpt & Flow - Core & Side Body

Get ready to strengthen and lengthen in this 45-minute vinyasa flow! This class will challenge your entire body, with a special focus on strengthening and opening your side body. We move through a dynamic sequence that links breath with movement, leaving you feeling energised yet balanced.

Full Body Flow - Embracing the Elements

For our final day, let's celebrate your journey and integrate what we've learned with a dynamic full-body flow that honors the elements - Air, Space, Water, Fire and Space!


Through this practice, we'll not only stretch and strengthen the entire body, but also connect with the powerful energies that surround and support us. This is a perfect way to culminate the challenge, leaving you feeling balanced, empowered, and ready to continue exploring your yoga practice.
