Take Flight: 10 Day Arm Balance Challenge
Taking flight on your hands is one of the most empowering parts of the practice, so if you've caught the arm balance bug, use this challenge to explore, practice, and maybe conquer a different arm balance every day for 10 days.

Flow To Crow
Hip openers, core strength, leg engagement and upper body strength to flow towards Crow.
Day 2
Mobility Flow To Side Crow
A 30 minutes of Mobility movements for thoracic spine and hips with an opportunity to explore side crow pose!
Day 3
Good Morning Hip Flexors
Get yourself some lovely length in to those hip flexors and give yourself a little boost of energy to start the day.
Day 4
Move With The Breath
An energising class with a steady pace to move with the breath, feeling out the whole body.
Day 5
Flow Into Fallen Angel
This class works our way towards Fallen Angel with twists and side bends as well as strength work for the upper body, core and legs.

A Well Rounded Yoga Class
This class has a bit of everything!

Hips & Twists For 8 Angle
Work through a series of thoracic twists and hip openers as we prepare to try out 8 angle pose!
Day 8
A Little Bit Bendy
This class has a subtle backbend focus with shoulder openers and quad stretches
Day 9
Strong Hips
A class of spine and hip movements with a little Flying Pigeon arm balance thrown in for good measure.
Day 10
Awaken Your Hips & Spine
Mobilise the spine before moving through some lunging salutations, weaving in some gentle backbends as you build upon the sequence.
