Find Your Front Splits
If you're working towards a full front split, this 4-part mini series works on all the physical aspects you need to finally get touch down!
This intermediate level series is made up of 4 x 60 minute yoga flow classes, where we creatively transition between postures, weaving flexibility techniques into our movements, and exploring how this flexibility work can also help us with playful postures such as arm balances and inversions!

Hamstring Strength & Length
If you're working towards achieving the front splits, you're going to need both flexible AND strong hamstrings!

Passive & Active Stretching
There are many different ways we can work on our flexibility, and using a combination of techniques is the optimal way to give the best results! So in this class we will be exploring both passive and active stretching for the primary muscles which help us achieve the front splits - mostly the hip flexors and hamstrings.

Flexibility for Hip Flexors
If you're trying to achieve the front splits, you're going to need some very flexible hip flexors! And how do we create flexibility here? By both strengthening and lengthening the muscle!

Flexibility Hacks
During this final class , we'll be exploring some nifty little flexibility hacks that help us improve our flexibility in ways other than 'simply stretching'!
Expect things such as PNF stretching, nerve glides, fascia release and mobility drills that unlock a deeper range of motion in a matter of moments!
