This class is full of drills to improve your shoulder flexibility and stability, to give you strong, supple shoulders.
Day 3
Strength & Length: Shoulder Mobility
This class is all about the shoulders, but in a subtle way, woven in amongst what feels like a full body flow.
Day 4
Morning Shoulder Mobility
Stretch out and strengthen those shoulders with this mood boosting morning class.
Day 5
Shoulder Mobility
A shoulder mobility training class. You will need a couple of yoga blocks, a stick (or a strap would work), and a surface such as a box/bench/chair/ coffee table etc.
Day 6
Shoulder Mobility Flow
This 20 minute yoga flow is all about shoulder mobility, to help you stretch out and strengthen the shoulders.

A class to really get into those upper body muscles, improving flexibility in the lats, chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps.
