So You Wanna Handstand?
You do not need to be able to do a handstand (yet!) to take this mini series, but doing so will certainly help you get there!
Expect to be challenged, but also to have fun!

Shoulder Flexion + Stability
This class is all about the shoulders, building the strength and flexibility to help us hold and balance our handstand. You will need a block and wall space for this class - being able to handstand is not required, that's the point of the class!

Hamstrings + Hip Flexors
This class is all about the flexibility of the hamstrings and strength of the hip flexors and explores some different ways to try entering your handstand. You will need a block and wall space for this class.

Exploring Stag
This class explores a different approach to handstand which isn't trying to learn a straight up alignment, exploring a different pelvic position which may help us find balance a little easier! You will need wall space for this class.

Learning Balance
This class explores tips and drills to improve your ability to control your balance as well as helping open the shoulders, lengthen the hamstrings and build shoulder strength! You will need wall space for this class.
