This class explores the necessary strength in the hamstrings to help the body tolerate the flexibility of the stretch. Grab 2 blocks for this class and enjoy!

Get Split: Mostly Yang, A Little Yin
This class explores both active and passive flexibility - starting with some heat building, strength based flexibility postures before ending with some soft, slow stretches. Expect an arm balance or two thrown in and have a couple of blocks, a strap and an optional wall space too!

Get Split: All Hail The Hip Flexors
This class focuses on lengthening the front of the hip which is needed for the back leg in splits, a muscle that needs both strength and flexibility. Grab a strap, 2 blocks and a wall space for this class.

Get Split: Flexibility Hacks
This class explores a range of 'flexibility hacks' which alongside the more stereotypical stretching of a muscle, allows us to find a greater range of motion in less traditional ways.
