This class is all about spinal mobility - using twists and side bends to open up the thoracic spine whilst using the strength of the core and obliques to do so. Using that twisting strength, we'll explore a less common entry into Side Crow and maybe also EPK1!

Feel strong all over with this full body strength class. Start with firing up those glutes before moving through some lunging salutations to open up the hips and hamstrings. Expect standing poses, balance poses and some plank work!
