Alive in 5
This is a relatively active series of 7 classes of 5 minutes in length, designed to help you feel more alert, awake and alive in a beginner friendly format. Each class is designed to challenge you in a slightly different way from opening the shoulders to building strong legs.
If you're in need of a little reboot to your daily practice, or simply want to challenge yourself to 5 minutes of movement every day, give this mini-challenge a go!

Alive in 5: Class 1
Energise your body with some core strength, side body length and hips & hamstring stretches!
Day 2
Alive in 5: Class 2
Explore some big releasing hip openers alongside some juicy twists and folds to kickstart the entire body!
Day 3
Alive in 5: Class 3
Core, quads, hamstrings, shoulders and inner thighs - who knew you could target so many things in such a short space of time!
Day 4
Alive in 5: Class 4
This class is all about the hip flexors and hamstrings - a great way to mobilise your lower body.
Day 5
Alive in 5: Class 5
May those hips be mobilised! Just 5 minutes to find length and strength in the whole of the hip joint, opening the inner thighs and lengthening the glutes - with a lovely little side helping of shoulder stretching!
Day 6
Alive in 5: Class 6
Give yourself a little energy boost with 5 minutes of core stabilisers, spinal twists and gentle hip openers.

Give those glutes and hamstrings a little love with 5 minutes of mobility movements that strengthen and lengthen - with a fun bit of core strength added in for good measure!
