Grab a weight or two to build upper body strength and core strength in this yoga with dumbbells class!
Day 2
Yoga with Weights: Full Body Strength
This class will build strength in your legs, core and upper body whilst also cultivating length with forward folds, hip openers and twists!
Day 3
Strength Snack: Yoga Inspired Circuit
This is a 20 minute strength building circuit which uses yoga inspired movements to build badass strength in the legs, shoulders and core.
Day 4
Full Body Strength
Feel strong all over with this full body strength class. Expect standing poses, balance poses and some plank work!
Day 5
Resistance Band Flow
Grab yourself a long resistance band - this class will strengthen shoulders, back muscles, arms and core in a fun, flow based sequence!
Day 6
Single Dumbbell Full Body Workout
Get ready to build some serious strength with this full body workout! You only need one dumbbell as we build strength from top to toe!
