Memberships can be cancelled at any time.
You will retain access to all the content for the duration of your paid membership regardless of when you cancel. Unfortunately, partial refunds cannot be provided.

Reach Your Goals
Whether you want to achieve your first chin up, hold a handstand without a wall, get yourself into the splits or simply feel more capable to keep up with chasing after your kids! We've got the structures and guidance to get you there.
Stay Consistent
Our biggest hurdle to progress is lack of consistency. So we've cracked the consistency formula for you and have challenges and programs to keep you motivated and on track, and a community to keep you accountable!
Don't Go It Alone
All our videos are on-demand for you to watch at a time that works for you, but this isn't a hands-off Studio. Head to the Community board to ask questions, submit any photos or videos for form checks and feedback, and find encouragement from others on the same path as you.
Classes
Find follow along classes of yoga flows, stretching sequences, mobility training and home workouts with classes ranging from 5 to 60 minutes
LIFT
A weight training x mobility training hybrid.
A 12 week challenge combining strength training and mobility classes with instructional videos, training logs and new workouts every month.
What videos can I expect?
There are many different styles of classes within the Studio. We categorise them into 3 sections.
Yoga
For Yoga you'll find endless of Liv's signature 'Vin-Hatha' style flow classes which sync movement with breath through a fun, creative sequence. There are also gentle practices, restorative practices, pose tutorials and more advanced classes too.
Mobility + Movement
You'll also find classes such as mobility training, flow classes with dumbbells and resistance bands, strength training sessions and drills classes to work on specific skills such as handstands.
Weight Training
Within the LIFT category you'll find instructional exercise videos for the weight training workouts

Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes!
But remember that 'Beginners' is a very vague term, and one that everyone has a unique opinion of! All 'beginners' have different abilities and desires for how much they want to be challenged...
Within the Studio, follow along classes are categorised by intensity so you can choose how challenging you would like your practice to be. There is also a 'Beginners' Category of classes which are designed for those on the less-flexible side.

LIFT is the newest addition to the Livinleggings studio and you can read lots more information about it on this webpage.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes you can cancel your membership at any time by going into the 'My Account' tab.
Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew.
Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
