A morning practice to give you a positive kickstart to the day in a non-caffeinated way! Leave class with longer hamstrings, feeling a little but more twisty and with a smile to carry with you for the rest of your day!

Explore a range of hip mobility that will help unlock more comfortable and deeper forward folds, helping you improve your hamstring flexibility. Have a little fun with headstand practice to end the class too.

This 60 minute class works into the whole body with a focus on active flexibility, drawing both strength and flexibility into the muscles! Have an explore of some challenging postures like baby grasshopper, side crow and compass to leave you feeling super strong and open!

Front Split Challenge: Stretching Class

This class is taken from The 28-Day Front Splits challenge.


Kinda does exactly what it says on the tin! This is a lower intensity class of predominantly passive stretches to help us train our nervous system to allow the muscles to stretch.

Hip + Shoulder Mobility Workout

Mobility workouts are all about challenging the muscles in a way to not only build strength, but develop flexibility as well! We start with a dynamic warm up, and then this class works through a selection of supersets, where we work on hip mobility (namely the glutes and hamstrings) followed by shoulder mobility, all polished off with some spinal extension work!


You'll need a weight of some sort and a small wall space for this class.

Whether you're not using your wrists due to irritation or injury, or simply want to try a different type of class without bearing weight through the wrists, this class is still quite spicy whilst giving the wrists a rest.

Easy Stretches For Deeper Squats

If you'd like to be able to sit deeper in your squat or find more comfort in your Malasana, this class gives you a slow stretch of all the elements that help make that happen. Expect some relatively long holds of stretches that target the glutes, inner thighs, ankles and lower back. A gentle class but the stretches will feel intense!
