Beginners: Start Here

These classes are a great place to start if you're new to yoga and mobility training. They have a generally slow pace and avoid very-complex exercises.


Remember though that 'Beginner' does not mean 'easy' and you should still expect to feel challenged within these classes!


When you're feeling ready to explore more you can find a wider selection of beginner-friendly classes by using the Filter/Search Function, found at the top of the homepage.


Also - don't be afraid to also try out classes marked as Intermediate or even Advanced! You'll find me providing options for different abilities throughout my classes, and you don't have to be able to do everything in a class to enjoy and benefit from it!
